Conductor exposed A Require replacement
Connector broken A Require repair or replacement

NOTE: Determine cause and correct prior to repair or replacement of part.

Inoperative A Require replacement
NOTE: Inoperative includes intermittent operation.
Insulation overheated A Require replacement
Terminal broken A Require repair or replacement
