Installation Procedure

    Fig 1: Evaporative Emission Canister Bracket

    NOTE:

    There must be a audible click noise.

  1. Install the evaporative emission canister (2) to the evaporative emission canister bracket (3).
    2. Fig 2: Electrical Connector

  2. Connect the electrical connector.(3)
  3. Remove the EN-6015  plugs from all connections.
  4. Connect the evaporative emission canister vent pipe (1). Refer to Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service .
  5. Connect Evaporative Emission Canister Purge Pipe (1) Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service 
  6. Install the fuel tank. Fuel Tank Replacement

  7. Reposition the evaporative emission canister filter pipe (2).
  8. Connect the evaporative emission canister filter pipe (2) to the evaporative emission canister (1). Refer to Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service .
  9. Lower the vehicle.
  10. Connect Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection
