Installation Procedure

    Fig 1: Fuel Tank Filler Pipe

  1. Install Fuel Tank Filler Pipe (5)
    2. CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

  2. Install Fuel Tank Filler Pipe Bolt (4) to 10 N.m (89 lb in)
  3. Connect Fuel Tank Vent Pipe (3) - Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service 
  4. Install Fuel Tank Filler Hose (2)
  5. Install Fuel Tank Filler Hose Clamp (1) to 4 N.m (35 lb in)

  6. Install Fuel Tank Filler Pipe Nut (2) to 10 N.m (89 lb in)
  7. Install Fuel Tank Filler Pipe Bolt (1) to 10 N.m (89 lb in)
  8. Connect Evaporative Emission Canister Filter Pipe Replacement  at Evaporative Emission Canister.
  9. Install Rear Wheelhouse Liner Replacement .
  10. Install Fuel Tank Filler Pipe Housing Replacement .
