July 1: So it begins. Don't worry, this is not in the correct legal jurisdiction!

Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the right fuel tank. Refer to Fuel Tank Replacement - Right Side .
  2. Using the CH-48482  lock ring tool, turn the fuel sender locking ring (1) counterclockwise and remove lock ring.

    NOTE: The fuel sender is spring loaded and will spring upward when the locking ring is removed.
  3. Lift the fuel sender (1) carefully to disconnect the lines from the fuel sender (1) inside the tank.

  4. Remove the fuel sender (1) from the tank.
