Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the intake manifold. Refer to Intake Manifold Replacement .
    2. Fig 1: Intake Manifold Actuator Link Retainer And Bolts

  2. Remove the intake manifold actuator link retainer (3).
  3. Remove the 4 intake manifold actuator bolts (4).
  4. Remove the lever actuator (1) from the intake manifold runner link (2), while removing the intake manifold actuator (6) from the intake manifold (5).
