Windshield Washer Pump Replacement

Preliminary Procedures Remove the front bumper fascia. Refer to Front Bumper Fascia Removal and Installation . Place a clean suitable drain pan under the windshield washer solvent container to contain any lost windshield washer solvent.
1	Windshield Washer Pump Procedure Disconnect the electrical connector for the windshield washer pump. Disconnect the windshield washer pump hose. Using two flat-bladed tools underneath the washer pump grommet, turn the flat-blades in opposite directions to disengage the washer pump from the washer pump grommet. Remove the washer pump grommet and discard.

Windshield Washer Pump

Procedure

Disconnect the electrical connector for the windshield washer pump.
Disconnect the windshield washer pump hose.
Using two flat-bladed tools underneath the washer pump grommet, turn the flat-blades in opposite directions to disengage the washer pump from the washer pump grommet.
Remove the washer pump grommet and discard.
