Preliminary Procedure: Disable the SIR system. Refer to SIR Disabling and Enabling .
1 Inflatable Restraint Instrument Panel Lower Module Fastener (Qty: 2)
CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution .

Tighten:  9 N.m (80 lb in)
2 Inflatable Restraint Instrument Panel Lower Driver Side Module Assembly
Procedure: 
Disconnect electrical connector.
