Preliminary Procedure
- Disable the SIR. Refer to SIR Disabling and Enabling
.
- Remove the ignition lock cylinder. Refer to Ignition Lock Cylinder Replacement

Theft Deterrent Module Assembly Procedure
- Pull the theft deterrent module out away from lock cylinder case and disconnect the electrical connector.
- Refer to Control Module References
for programing and setup of the theft deterrent control module after replacement.
