July 1: So it begins. Don't worry, this is not in the correct legal jurisdiction!

Installation Procedure

    CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution .
  1. Install the radiator.
  2. Install the condenser tube clip screw and tighten to 6 N.m (53 lb in)  .
  3. Install the bolt that secures the radiator to the condenser and tighten to 2.5 N.m (22 lb in)  .
  4. Install the radiator outlet hose. Refer to Radiator Outlet Hose Replacement (LZ9) .
  5. Install radiator inlet hose. Refer to Radiator Inlet Hose Replacement (LZ9) .
  6. Install the cooling fans and shroud. Refer to Cooling Fan and Shroud Replacement (LZ9) .
  7. Connect the lower transmission oil cooler (TOC) line to the radiator. Refer to Transmission Fluid Cooler Hose/Pipe Quick-Connect Fitting Disconnection and Connection .
  8. Refill the cooling system. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling (Vac-N-Fill)  or Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static Fill LZ9) .
  9. Inspect the transmission fluid level. Refer to Transmission Fluid Check .
