Circuit/System Testing

  1. Ignition OFF, test the High Speed CAN terminal 84 and the Low Speed CAN terminal 83 between the ECM and the TCM for an open, short to ground, or a short to voltage.
  2. If all circuits test normal, replace the ECM.
