Preliminary Procedure 
Remove the instrument panel accessory trim panel. Refer to Trim Plate Replacement - Instrument Panel (I/P) Accessory (Impala) or Trim Plate Replacement - Instrument Panel (I/P) Accessory (Monte Carlo) .
