Removal Procedure
- Remove the case side cover. Refer to Case Side Cover Replacement .
- Disconnect the input speed sensor electrical connector.

- Remove the input speed sensor retaining clip (441).
- Remove the input speed sensor (440).

- Inspect the input speed sensor (440) for the following conditions:
- Damaged or missing magnet
- Damaged housing
- Bent or missing electrical terminals
- Damaged speed sensor clip (441)
