Axle Nut

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

Important: This vehicle is equipped with two different style wheel drive shaft nuts. The first design is a black Pac style. The second design is a gray Solid style. Both have very different torque values.





Tighten first design nut (Black) 385 Nm (284 ft. lbs.).





Tighten second design nut (Gray) 235 Nm (173 ft. lbs.).
