Installation Procedure

  1. Align the rear object detection module to the vehicle.
    NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.
  2. Install the rear object detection module mounting bolts.

    Tighten:  Tighten the bolts to 10 N.m (89 lb in).

  3. Install the electrical connector to the rear object detection module and press in the locking tab.
  4. Install the rear compartment side trim. Refer toTrim Panel Replacement - Rear Quarter - Right in Interior Trim.
