Installation Procedure

WARNING: This page is about a different car, the 2003 Chevrolet SSR. However, it is still accessible from the selected car via links, so may be relevant.
  1. Connect the electrical connector (3) to the recirculation actuator (2).
    2. Fig 1: Identifying Recirculation Actuator, Electrical Connector, & Retaining Screws

  2. Install the recirculation actuator (2).
    3. NOTE: Refer to FASTENER NOTICE in Cautions and Notices.
  3. Install the 3 screws (1) to the recirculation actuator (2).

    Tighten:  Tighten the screws to 1.9 N.m (17 lb in).

  4. Install the HVAC module assembly. Refer to HVAC Module Assembly Replacement .
