Installation Procedure

Install the lower striker (1) to the vehicle.
CAUTION: Refer to FASTENER NOTICE .
Install the bolts (2) that retain the lower striker (1) to the stepwell.
Tighten

Tighten the bolts to 10 N.m (89 lb in).
Install the side door stepwell mat. Refer to MAT REPLACEMENT - STEPWELL .
