Installation Procedure

Install the front fender (1) to the vehicle.

NOTE: Refer to FASTENER NOTICE .
Install the fasteners (2) in order to secure the upper portion of the front fender (1) to the vehicle.
Tighten

Tighten the fasteners (2) to 9 N.m (80 lb in).
Install the fastener (3) in order to secure the upper rear portion of the front fender (2) to the vehicle.
Tighten

Tighten the fastener (3) to 9 N.m (80 lb in).

Install the fasteners (3) in order to secure the lower rear portion of the front fender (2) to the vehicle.

Tighten

Tighten the fasteners (3) to 9 N.m (80 lb in).
Install the fasteners (2) in order to secure the lower front portion of the front fender (1).

Tighten

Tighten the fasteners (2) to 9 N.m (80 lb in).
Install the front bumper fascia. Refer to FASCIA REPLACEMENT - FRONT BUMPER .
Install the hood. Refer to Hood Replacement .
Install the front fender to hood seal. Refer to Seal Replacement - Fender to Hood .
Install the rear outer hood seal. Refer to Seal Replacement - Hood Rear .
Install the front wheelhouse panel. Refer to Wheelhouse Liner Replacement - Front .
Install the front fender sound insulator. Refer to Fender Sound Insulator Replacement - Front .
Install the rocker panel molding. Refer to MOLDING REPLACEMENT - ROCKER PANEL .
Install the headlamp. Refer to HEADLAMP REPLACEMENT (SLS, W/O TT6, TT7 OR TT or HEADLAMP REPLACEMENT (SLS AND STS W/TT6, TT7 .
