July 1: So it begins. Don't worry, this is not in the correct legal jurisdiction!

Installation Procedure

WARNING: This page is about a different car, the 2002 Cadillac Eldorado. However, it is still accessible from the selected car via links, so may be relevant.
  1. Install the stabilizer shaft.
  2. Install the stabilizer shaft links to the stabilizer shaft.
  3. Install the stabilizer shaft links retaining nuts.
    NOTE: Refer to FASTENER NOTICE .
  4. Install the stabilizer shaft insulators, brackets and retaining, bolts.

    Tighten 

    • Tighten the stabilizer shaft bracket retaining bolts to 45 N.m (33 lb ft).
    • Tighten the stabilizer shaft link retaining nuts to 55 N.m (41 lb ft).

  5. Install the outer tie rods to the steering knuckles.
  6. Install the outer tie rods retaining nuts.

    Tighten 

    Tighten the outer tie rods retaining nuts to 75 N.m (55 lb ft).

  7. Install the tires and wheels. Refer to TIRE AND WHEEL REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
  8. Lower the vehicle.
