Removal (Column Shift)
- Remove the steering column trim covers. See STEERING COLUMN TRIM COVERS .
- Remove the shift lever actuator. See Figure . Disconnect the electrical connector from the shift lock solenoid. Remove the shift lock solenoid from the steering column ball studs.
