July 1: So it begins. Don't worry, this is not in the correct legal jurisdiction!

Shift Cable: Installation

  1. Properly route the shift cable through the engine compartment. See Fig 1 . Install the shift cable through the cowl. See Figure .
  2. Install the shift cable to the steering column bracket. See Figure . Install the retaining clip to the shift cable. See Figure .
  3. Install the shift cable to the column control lever. Install the knee bolster. Install the shift cable to the shift cable bracket.
  4. Install the shift cable to the manual control lever. See Figure . Install the retaining clip to the shift cable.
  5. Adjust the shift cable. See SHIFT CABLE  under ADJUSTMENTS. Install the throttle body air inlet duct.
