ECT

RANGE (-40 TO 215°C (-40 TO 419°F):
The Engine Coolant Temperature (ECT) sensor is mounted in a coolant passage in the intake manifold. The VCM monitors the engine temperature as the ECT sensor responds to temperature changes in the engines coolant.
