Pick-Up Coil

Turn ignition off. Remove distributor cap. Disconnect electrical connector from pick-up coil to module. Check resistance across pick-up coil terminals, using an ohmmeter. Resistance should be 140-180 ohms. If resistance is not as specified, replace pick-up coil.
