Feedback Potentiometer

Rotation of feedback potentiometer (as vacuum motor stem moves in or out in response to modulated vacuum supplied by transducer) changes the potentiometer resistance in a manner opposite  to the resistance change in the sensor string which initiated the vacuum motor movement. When the two resistance changes offset each other, the system will be stabilized and vacuum motor movement will stop. This prevents the vacuum motor overrunning the required setting change.
