Circuit/System Verification

  1. Ignition On/Vehicle in Service Mode.
  2. Verify the trunk lid will release and smoothly power open and close when commanding Liftgate Open/Close with a scan tool.
    • If the trunk lid releases but performs an erratic power open/close motion 

      Refer to Circuit/System Testing

    • Go to next step: If the trunk lid does smoothly power open and close 
  3. All OK.
