The multifunction energy storage capacitor control module monitors the inflatable restraint sensing and diagnostic module to determine if any vehicle impacts have occurred that has caused the deployment of any air bags, anchor, and/or retractor pretensioners. The multifunction energy storage capacitor control module sets DTC B0052 after the inflatable restraint sensing and diagnostic module has indicated a deployment has occurred.
