Removal Procedure

  1. Disable the high voltage system. Refer to High Voltage Disabling
  2. Drain the power electronics and auxiliary radiator cooling system. Refer to Power Electronics and Auxiliary Radiator Drain and Fill (LTG HP9) 
  3. Drive Motor Generator Control Module Radiator Inlet Hose (2) @ Auxiliary Radiator» Remove - Drive Motor Generator Control Module Radiator Inlet Hose Replacement

  4. Drive Motor Generator Control Module Radiator Outlet Hose (2) @ Auxiliary Radiator» Remove - Drive Motor Generator Control Module Radiator Outlet Hose Replacement

  5. Engine Coolant Temperature Sensor Electrical Connector» Disconnect
  6. Air Conditioning Condenser Bracket Retainer @ Auxiliary Radiator» Disengage
  7. Auxiliary Radiator (1) @ Air Conditioning Condenser Bracket» Remove

  8. Transfer components as necessary.
