Installation Procedure

- Position the front fender to the vehicle.

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices. - Install the bolts (1) in order to secure the upper portion of the front fender to the vehicle.
Tighten: Tighten the bolts to 9 N.m (80 lb in).
- Install the bolt (2) in order to secure the rear portion of the front fender to the vehicle.
Tighten: Tighten the bolt to 9 N.m (80 lb in).
- Install the bolts (1) in order to secure the lower rear portion of the front fender to the vehicle.
Tighten: Tighten the bolts to 9 N.m (80 lb in).
- Install the bolts (1) in order to secure the lower front portion of the front fender to the vehicle.
Tighten: Tighten the bolt to 9 N.m (80 lb in).
- Install the hood. Refer to Hood Replacement .
- Install the front wheelhouse liner. Refer to Wheelhouse Liner Replacement - Front .
- Install the rocker panel molding. Refer to Molding Replacement - Rocker Panel (CTS) or Molding Replacement - Rocker Panel (CTS-V) in Exterior Trim.
- Install the headlamp. Refer to Headlamp Assembly or Headlamp Bulb and/or Cornering, Sidemarker, Park, Turn Signal Bulb Replacement in Exterior Lighting.
- Remove the tape from the corners of the panels and adjacent surfaces.
