Displaying Trouble Codes: Notes

Following the segment check (see ENTERING SELF-DIAGNOSTICS under SELF-DIAGNOSTICS in this article), the numerals "8.8.8." appear on the FDC for one second. The display of these 3 numerals signals that the trouble code display is about to begin.
