Codes "EO14", "EO15", "EO16", "EO21", "EO22", "EO26", "EO27", "EO31", "EO32", and "EO34" all must be clear.
Throttle switch open.
TPS 6-29°.
Coolant sensor greater than or equal to 176°F (80°C).
Oxygen sensor ready (closed loop).
Not accelerating or decelerating.
RPM greater than or equal to 800.
