Enter diagnostics. See ENTERING DIAGNOSTIC MODE  . Enter ECM output cycling and manipulate ISC wiring and connectors. Watch for ISC to stop cycling. Observe throttle switch status light (low fan). If status light flashes, check for intermittent open on circuit No. 427 Display ECM parameter EDO1. Manipulate TPS wiring and connectors. Watch for TPS valve to jump or skip. Check for binding throttle linkage or weak throttle return spring.
