(G) Intermittency Test: Notes

  1. After turning off engine, removing Control Tester J-21512, and reconnecting car harness start engine and turn A/C system on, allowing 5 minutes for system to warm up and stabilize.
  2. Connect a pair of voltmeter leads to the transducer wire at the transducer and a good body ground. Then smartly tap all various sensors, the temperature dial, and the amplifier. Also jiggle the wires connected to these units meanwhile watching the voltmeter for any variations. Repair or replace any connectors or components as needed.
