Installation Procedure
With the aid of an assistant, load the instrument panel (1) to the instrument panel tie bar to the locator pins.
- Reposition the instrument panel wiring harness into the vehicle position as was noted in the removal and connect the fasteners securing the instrument panel wiring harness to the instrument carrier.
- CAUTION:
Instrument Panel Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [14x] 2.5 N.m (22 lb in)
Instrument Panel Airbag Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [3x] 9 N.m (80 lb in)
- Connect the electrical connector:

Steering Column Nut (1) - Install - Steering Column Replacement .
Floor Front Air Outlet Duct - Left Side (2) - Install - FLOOR FRONT AIR OUTLET DUCT REPLACEMENT -LEFT SIDE
Radio Front Center Speaker (2) - Install - Radio Front Center Speaker Replacement
Radio Front Speaker Grille (1) - Install - Radio Front Speaker Grille Replacement

Data Link Connector (1) - Install
- Data Link Connector Bolt (2) - Install and tighten [2x] 2.5 N.m (22 lb in).

- Enable the SIR System. SIR Disabling and Enabling
