Remove the Instrument panel cluster lower compartment. Refer to Instrument Panel Cluster Lower Compartment Replacement

Steering Power Variable Control Module Procedure
- Disconnect the electrical connector from the control module.
- Release the retaining tabs and remove the control module from the body control module bracket.
- After installation is complete, refer to Control Module References
for programming and setup information.
