Preliminary Procedure Open and support the liftgate assembly. Remove the quarter stowage pocket door. Refer to Quarter Stowage Pocket Door Replacement (Left Side)Quarter Stowage Pocket Door Replacement (Right Side) . Open the tail light access cover. Disengage the electrical connector.
1	Tail Lamp Screw Cap
2	Tail Lamp Screw CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution . Tighten 2.5 N.m (22 lb in)
3	Tail Lamp Nut (Qty: 4) CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution . Tighten 4.7 N.m (42 lb in)
4	Tail Lamp Assembly Procedure Hold both sides of the tail lamp assembly and carefully pull the lamp reward in order to disengage the two locator pins from the body side outer panel.
