Removal Procedure

  1. Disable the hybrid battery. Refer to High Voltage Disabling .
  2. Fig 1: Drive Motor Battery Cooling Blower Outlet Duct & Fasteners

  3. Remove the drive motor battery cooling blower outlet duct fasteners (1).
  4. Detach the drive motor cooling blower outlet duct. Refer to Drive Motor Battery Cooling Blower Outlet Duct Replacement .
  5. Fig 2: Generator Control Module Cooling Air Outlet Duct & Fasteners

  6. Remove the generator control module cooling air outlet duct fasteners (1) and remove the generator control module cooling air outlet duct (2).
