Diagnostic Aids

Important: Perform the following in order to avoid misdiagnosis.

* Inspect for proper operation of the brake lamps.
* Inspect for proper operation of the transmission range switch.
* Inspect throttle linkage for mechanical binding which could cause the system to malfunction.
