Test Description
The numbers below refer to the step numbers on the diagnostic table.
- 2: This step isolates the ignition 1 voltage circuit. An open or short to ground in this circuit sets all fuel injector DTCs.
- 4: This step verifies that the PCM is able to control the fuel injector. If the test lamp flashes, the PCM and wiring are OK.
- 5: This step tests if a ground is constantly being applied to the fuel injector.
