Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the case side cover. Refer to Case Side Cover Replacement .
    2. Fig 1: Wiring Harness

  2. Remove the wiring harness as necessary.
  3. Remove the oil pump. Refer to Oil Pump Replacement .

  4. Remove the valve body to channel plate bolts (374-381, 384).

  5. Remove the valve body. Leave the spacer plate with the transmission.

  6. Remove the spacer plate and the spacer plate gasket, as necessary.
  7. Remove the solenoid screens.
