Installation Procedure

  1. Install the power steering gear heat shield.
  2. Install the power steering gear heat shield retaining bolts. Tighten the power steering gear heat shield retaining bolts to 9 N.m (79 lb in).
  3. Install the plastic clip to the power steering gear heat shield.
  4. Install the stabilizer shaft links.
  5. Lower the vehicle.
