If DTC B2603 is a history code, fault may be intermittent. Wiggle wiring and connectors during test to check for intermittent connections. An intermittent malfunction could be set by an intermittent short to battery voltage in Dark Blue wire between right front turn signal and BCM or a short to battery voltage inside BCM.
