If DTC B2533 is a history code, fault may be intermittent. Wiggle wiring and connectors during test to check for intermittent connections. An intermittent malfunction could be set by an intermittent short to battery voltage in Orange wire between fog lamp switch and BCM, intermittent short to battery voltage in fog lamp relay coil, or a short to battery voltage inside BCM.
