Linear EGR Control

The PCM monitors EGR actual position and adjusts pintle position accordingly. The PCM uses information from the
following sensors to control the pintle position:
^ Engine Coolant Temperature (ECT) sensor
^ Throttle Position (TP) sensor
^ Mass Air Flow (MAF)
