Caster Adjustment

NOTE: Jounce vehicle several times to settle suspension. Release on down stroke. Check for proper tire pressure, worn steering or suspension components.
  1. Loosen nuts attaching upper control arm pivot shaft to frame. To adjust caster, transfer shims from front to rear or rear to front. See Fig 1 . Tighten pivot shaft bolts after adjustment.
  2. Difference between front and rear shim pack should not exceed .38" (10 mm).
