All Models: Installation

  1. Position checking relay in programmer with ports "T" and "2" toward aspirator. See Figure.
  2. Make the following vacuum hose connections:
    • White hose from transducer wraps around aspirator and connects to port "2". If this hose is replaced, it MUST be the same length.
    • Yellow hose from vacuum motor connects to remaining port "1" on vacuum motor side of relay.
    • Purple hose from "PURP" port of vacuum valve connects to center port ("3") of checking relay.
    • Remaining black hose from center port of vacuum valve to outside port ("5") of checking relay.
  3. Install programmer cover and programmer.
