Installing Both Coolant Expansion Tanks
- Connect and lock the connector (1) to the coolant level switch.
The connector (1) must engage audibly.
- Connect and lock coolant line (2).
The coolant line (2) must audibly engage.
- Insert the coolant expansion tank for the high-temperature coolant circuit (3) into the rubber mount (4).
- Insert and install the coolant expansion tank for the high-temperature coolant circuit (1).
The locks (arrows) must engage audibly.
- Tighten down screw (2).TIGHTENING TORQUE SPECIFICATION
Coolant expansion tank for high-temperature coolant circuit to holder M6x16 Tightening torque 8.5 Nm - Connect and lock coolant line (3).
The coolant line (3) must audibly engage.
Install the coolant expansion tank for the low-temperature coolant circuit

Make sure that the connections are locked correctly. The locks must engage audibly.

- Insert the coolant expansion tank for the low-temperature coolant circuit (2).
- Connect and lock coolant line (1).
The coolant line (1) must audibly engage.
- Insert and install the coolant expansion tank for the low-temperature coolant circuit (1).
The lock (2) must audibly engage.
- Tighten down screw (3).TIGHTENING TORQUE SPECIFICATION
Coolant expansion tank for low-temperature coolant circuit to holder M6x16 Tightening torque 8.5 Nm - Connect and lock coolant line (2).
- Feed in and install coolant line (3).
The locks (1) must engage audibly.
- Secure the coolant line (3) to the holder (4).
