Breakdown Call

A breakdown call can be made using BMW Assist under the following conditions:

• The option 612 BMW Assist is available.
• There is a valid contract.

When both prerequisites are satisfied, the process is as follows:

• A virtual button for the breakdown call is displayed in the "BMW Assist" menu.
• A breakdown call is triggered by activating the button.
• After the breakdown call has been triggered, the TCU establishes a telephone connection to the BMW Group Mobile Service.
