July 1: So it begins. Don't worry, this is not in the correct legal jurisdiction!

Fuel Injectors (1, 3 or 5)

  1. With ignition off, disconnect MCU harness connector. Install breakout box harness Universal Adapter (81 129428907) to MCU harness.
  2. Turn ignition switch to RUN position. Connect a fused jumper wire to terminal No. 16. Momentarily touch other end to ground and check operation of fuel injectors 1, 3 and 5. If all injectors operate, replace MCU with a known good unit.
  3. If injector(s) does not operate, check battery feed through fusible link (under right rear seat) and main relay (in control box at right or left shock tower). If no problem is found with circuits, replace injector(s). Ensure resistance of each injector is 15-17 ohms.
