Driver Assistance Systems Front Camera, Calibrating, Dynamic Calibration (Calibration Drive)

Calibrating the front camera is necessary:

Condition

The installation position of the Driver Assistance Systems Front Camera -R242- in the vehicle has changed.
Rear axle toe/chamber was adjusted.

Calibration requirements:

DTC memory is without relevant entry.

Procedure

Dynamic Calibration of the Driver Assistance Systems Front Camera

-- Perform the dynamic calibration function using the Vehicle Diagnostic Tester. Refer to Diagnostic Entries .

-- Based on a short calibration drive, follow the instructions on the display of the Vehicle Diagnostic Tester.

Dynamic Calibration of Several Driver Assistance Systems

If necessary, several driver assistance systems can be calibrated during the calibration run.

-- Perform the dynamic calibration function for several driver assistance systems via the Driver Assistance Systems Front Camera -R242- using the Vehicle Diagnostic Tester. Refer to Diagnostic Entries .

-- Based on a short calibration drive, follow the instructions on the display of the Vehicle Diagnostic Tester.
