VBACT [DBW_RLY_OUT] Open Wire Inspection

NOTICE:

Before disconnecting the PCM connector, jump the SCS line with the HDS, and wait more than 1 minute.

Test Procedure

VBACT [DBW_RLY_OUT] Shorted Wire Inspection

NOTICE:

Before disconnecting the PCM connector, jump the SCS line with the HDS, and wait more than 1 minute.

Test Procedure

Preparation
- ETCS control relay: disconnected
- PCM connector A (50P): disconnected
- A/F sensor (Sensor 1) 6P connector: disconnected
- EVAP canister purge valve 2P connector: disconnected
- Turbocharger bypass control solenoid valve 2P connector: disconnected
- A/C condenser fan relay: disconnected
- EVAP canister vent shut valve 2P connector (USA and Canada models): disconnected
Procedure
- Perform the inspection according to the following table.
  Refer to the Open/Shorted Wire Inspection Description for the method to inspect the shorted circuit below, then start to inspect according to circumstances.
