DTC Troubleshooting: P0035(2.0L Engine): Inspection

ABV Open Wire Inspection 

NOTICE: 

Before disconnecting the PCM connector, jump the SCS line with the HDS, and wait more than 1 minute.

Test Procedure 

• Preparation

    Turbocharger bypass control solenoid valve 2P connector: disconnected

  • -

    PCM connector E (80P): disconnected

• Procedure
• • -

    Perform the inspection according to the following table.

			(Disconnected) Turbocharger bypass control solenoid valve 2P connector female terminals	(Disconnected) PCM connector E (80P) - Refer to: PCM Connector for Inputs and Outputs(3.0L Engine) or PCM Connector for Inputs and Outputs(2.0L Engine) female terminals

	ABV open wire inspection	OFF			There is less than 1 Ohm

Results 

• If abnormal, there is a problem in the circuit.
• If normal, there is a problem with the PCM.
